These Donation Terms explain how contributions made through the Grantas Moto Racing website are treated. By completing a donation, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who you are supporting

Donations are received and administered by Grantas Moto Racing, VšĮ (registration number 307154114), a non‑profit organization supporting the racing career and development of mini‑rider Grantas.

2. Nature of your payment

A donation made via this website is a voluntary financial contribution to support the team. Donations are not payments for specific products or services and do not create any ownership or profit‑sharing rights in the team. When you choose an item on the donate page (for example “New tyres” or “Race weekend”), it is an illustration of how your support may be used. The final allocation of funds may be adjusted according to the practical needs of the season.

3. Minimum and currency

All online donations are processed in euros (EUR). If your payment method is in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply their own exchange rate and fees. The minimum online donation amount is defined by the options shown on the donate page.

4. Refunds

Because donations are immediately planned towards race travel, training, bike maintenance and safety equipment, they are generally non‑refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or wrong amount), please contact us as soon as possible at mantas.simanauskas205@gmail.com and include your name, email address, donation date and amount. We will review each request individually and may issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Payment processing

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments. Grantas Moto Racing does not store or see your full card details. For information on how Stripe handles your data, please see Stripe’s own privacy and security documentation.

6. Receipts and communication

After a successful card payment, Stripe sends a payment receipt to the email address you provide. Our team may also send a separate thank‑you email and, if you consent, occasional updates about Grantas’ racing season. You can ask to stop receiving these emails at any time by contacting us.

7. Bank transfer donations

If you donate by bank transfer using the details shown on the website, please include your name or company name in the payment reference. This helps us match the transfer with your intended support item. Bank transfer donations are subject to your bank’s processing times and any fees they may charge.
